concurring document editing

Is it possible for 2 people to edit a document at the same time with companion app or is there a functionnality to prevent it like an automated check out / check in of sort ?

No prevention of duplicate editing on cloud, but as each save action creates a new version of the attachement you cannot overwrite changes from the other editor.

On server there`s an addon Arsenale Lockpoint, which locks attachments when edited by someone.
