We have recently migrated to Comola Document Management Cloud and I am not able to access datetime and duedate macros like I was in on-prem instance (markup code) of Comala.
I tried to assign current timestamp value into a metadata using value @datetime@ and @duedate@ in Comala cloud json, but it is not working. Has anything changed with respect to accessing these macros in cloud (json code)?
I am trying to do something similar to this in cloud:
{trigger:statechanged|state=Annual Approved}
{set-metadata:annual_status}{color:green}*Approved*{color}{set-metadata}
{set-metadata:annual_approved_date}@datetime@@{set-metadata}
{set-metadata:next_review_date}@duedate@@{set-metadata}
{set-metadata:annual_approved_version}@version@{set-metadata}
{set-state:Approved}
{trigger}
Please help me with a cloud equivalent.
Hi @Gaurav Saxena and welcome to the Community.
I recommend getting in touch with Appfire (Comala's parent company) support.
I'm using their Cloud Document Approbal and Publishing app and they're quick to react when I need their help.
Hi @Gaurav Saxena, I'm Grecia, your solution advisor from Appfire. Migrations to the Cloud can be tedious and frustrating, especially when some of our Data Center features are still not available in the Cloud.
Please check our documentation about "Set Metadata Trigger" to better understand the available metadata in Comala Document Management Cloud.
Would you like to schedule a quick meeting to discuss all your questions? If so, please contact me directly (grecia.camacho@appfire).com), and we can set something up.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
