hi, ive been attempting to submit a change request for RMP Simplification and Transformation. However once I complete the form I get the following error... "Unexpected error while saving the record. Please contact support for assistance".

 

Has anyone any idea what's gone wrong here?

The error message is far too generic to tell us anything.

You will need your administrators to look at the log files to debug this one.
