change organization url

my site name is Hirebook.atlassian.com but it should be Brainware.atlassian.com. How can I change the URL and match my organization?

Hi Thomas, welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately site renames must be done by Atlassian Support, and require a case in our support portal. Since Cloud Free sites aren't eligible to open support cases, this also means that Cloud Free sites aren't eligible to undergo a rename.

There are a couple options available:

• Export the current site, create a new site at the correct URL, import your data, and delete the old site 
• Select the Standard plan (even on a trial basis) from the Manage Subscriptions section in your site's administration - this will make you eligible to open the necessary support case at support.atlassian.com/contact for our support team to start the site rename process

Recently we've rolled out a self-service option for updating site URLs. The instructions for doing this are provided in this linked article . However, your site must be on a Standard plan or higher in order to use the rename function. If you are currently on the Free plan, you can opt to do a 7-day trial of Standard at no cost and do the rename while the trial is active.
