cant't create spaces. encountering "Unable to communicate with server. Saving is not possible at.."

Now i have issues on mine. Please help us.

1) Can not create space

2) I am encountering the message whenever i click "Publish"

You can't create spaces, but are you able to create pages?

Have you had a look at this article yet?

Are you behind a proxy or firewall, and if you disable that are you able to create a space?

I would also recommend that you look at the Confluence Server logs when you see this error and let us know what messages display there.
