cant send invitation mail from confluence

hi, im new to confluence. so i was downloading the confluence installer, set my postgre database and install the confluence. after the installation, i tried to invite ppl to be the member of my confluence page but none of them recieve invitation email, and using invitation link doesnt work as well. it says "localhost refused to connect"

anyone can help me, i really need to get this things work

Hi!

It seems that you have some sequrity issue.

Try to turn off firewall and antivirus.

Also troubles with emai delivery offen happens due to mail server settings. It consider email from confluence as a spam and do not resend it to users.

In both cases I would reccomend to contact you system administrator.

thanks mate, the email problem solved, but it gives me another headache now.
they do receive the email but the cant access the confluence page to sign up.

do i need to get my postgresql database online first bny cloudsql or, what should i do?

Usually only confluence admins create new users.
