cannot give access to a USER

I do have difficulties with the access to the following USER 

Todwal, Pragya

Todwal, Pragya {MMDS~MISSISSAUGA} (todwalp)

Although I have granted her access she is not permitted to perform,

Can someone please help me with this?

Hi @Oezlem Subas Can you let me know where are you giving access to this user in Space permission or page restriction?

Also, What error the user is facing while accessing the content where you provided the access?
