I use markdown from url on confluence.However, the link is in gitlab which is private. I can set the profile when display. However, when I export to the world, the image is missing because the auth loss.

please could you provide an example of page that you are tring to export in word? Btw, if your user is able to see image on page view it should be correctly exported.
The url is like this which should be authenticated. By the way, the token in the profile is not affected, I must put the token in the header to view the gitlab md in confluence .
