The "data 52e" means "invalid credentials" - check the user/password etc you're using to connect.

In addition to Nic's comment, the error code 49 has a few different "data" codes that point to different issues. The 52e points to invalid credentials as Nic's just mentioned. In case you face any other data errors you can check our documentation about error code 49.

I am in the process of configuring the confluence server after just finishing building it. but after adding what i thought was the base dn, it still does not work.
