Did you mean:

cannot access my pages after 2 months of inactivity

Hi, I haven't accessed my confluence pages for the past 2 months. I am in the free tier, does that mean my pages all have been deleted? Sorry I don't know I need to maintain activity. I'd like to switch to the premium tier if that helps keep my pages. These pages are really important. Can you help recover them? I will switch to premium tier afterwards. Thank you so much.

This is my page: https://zhangruiddn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/~7120207448e5e3b2ca4a6cbb013912b5ce3a06/overview

Hi @Rui Zhang

We're sorry to hear you are unable to access your pages.

Free plans requires activity to maintain the site active indeed, and emails are sent to admins to ensure activity on the site.

We can see here that a few emails were sent to your email regarding the inactivity and that the product could be deactivated at the date specified if no activity was done into the product.

Unfortunately, recovering data is not supported and is a risky process.
That said, we are afraid that we would not be able to recover the data from your site.

If you have any backups created and downloaded prior to the deactivation, you can use to retrieve the data from the site.

Regards,
Jessica

Hi @Rui Zhang ,

Sorry to hear that. I've requested for Atlassian support to see if its recoverable. If it has been entirely purge, there isn't a way to bring it back. Stay tune.
