my manager shared a confluence page with me, i can access the page but cannot see the content. I get error "data cannot be fetched because of an unexpected error". All the other team members can access the page and see the content.

it's a child page? maybe you don't have access to father page
Maybe the owner of the page apply some restriction ask him to check the permissions and if he use a group and if you are in the right group an so you have permissions to see that page
