can't see downloaded app in me apps list

hi! i have downloaded risk register app for confluence, it is seen as loaded, but I can't start using it.

Any apps installed will be present in https://<baseURL>/wiki/plugins/servlet/upm page. Make sure the app is compatible with Confluence. Check their documentation and see how to start the app. 

You can find the app vendor contact details in https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ and contact them for assistance. 

You can the app request status in https://<baseURL>/wiki/marketplace/manage/app-requests
