can't insert an image from my PC to my page

i can't insert an image from my PC to my page

as i click on the + sign and insert image, there is no any window pop up. and this page doesn't have any response.

but at other page, when i click on the same button, a window will pop up and let me select the files or images from my PC.

could someone help on this issue?

Hi @Yang, Dongliang and welcome to the Community.

In no particular order:

Check the restrictions on the page where you cannot insert an image.
Position the cursor to where you want to put an image and simply try to drag and drop the image from the Explorer/Finder (PC/Mac) folder directly onto the page.
Ensure that the place where you want to add the image is not a macro or doesn't have some formatting applied.
See if you can insert the image (via + or drag drop) anywhere else on the page.
