can't edit restrictions

hi seem to be having trouble with restrictions as I am getting this error message

You're not allowed to change these restrictions. It's either due to edit restrictions on the page, or permissions settings for this space.

  It sounds like you do not have "Restrictions" access in the target space.

If you are not the space admin, reach out to that person and have them give you "restrictions" access in space tools / permissions.
