can not access user profile

Hi,

In confluence whenever a particular user trying to log in or a wiki admin try to access that user profile we are getting following error

Error occurred during template rendering: Invocation of method 'renderConfluenceMacro' in class com.atlassian.confluence.themes.GlobalHelper threw exception org.springframework.transaction.UnexpectedRollbackException: Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only at /decorators/main.vmd[line 50, column 25]. Contact your administrator for assistance.

Please provide solutions for this

Hey Srinivasa,

Looks like you might be facing some problem with a custom template, could you please go to Confluence Admin > Look and Feel and verify the following:

• Themes: See which theme you're using, switch back to the default if you're not using it already.
• Layouts: See if you have any custom layout defined, if yes then make a backup and reset to default.
• Stylesheet: See if you have custom stylesheet, if yes then make a backup and reset to default.
• Custom HTML: See if you have any custom HTML defined, if yes then make a back up and reset to default.
