can i have production installation in localhost with a trial license?

I am new in the use of confluence. Can i have a productional installation in localhost with valuation license. Either way i want to know also, if i can create new spaces in the evaluation installation of confluence

The only difference between an evaluation licence and a full licence is that the system effectively stops working when an evaluation expires.  All the functionality you get with a full licence is there in a trial.
