blog: 2019 is a heading, but can I also have months as a sub-heading?

I believe it used to be possible to sort this way, but if you're on the new editor in Cloud, then it's only by year. Thankfully, we do have a feature request to change this below:

• CONFCLOUD-56845 Option to Separate Blog Posts by Date
