Confluence does not currently support backup and resotre of files larger than 2G in confluence-3.2.1.

If backup exceed 2 G, how can i restore in confluence-3.2.1?

You should be using a full, proper database backup, not the internal backups.

See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Production+Backup+Strategy Note that it states that XML backups are only for "small installations" - 2GB is not small!
