attachments are not deleted

Good day. Attachments are not deleted. Here is a link to the video how it looks. I rummaged everything, I am the administrator of the portal.

Ok, that suggests a failure on the back-end.

Could you read the application log for errors occuring at the time you try a delete?   There should be something in <confluence home>/log/atlassian-confluence.log (but check other logs in that directory for errors too)

I click delete, the confirmation dialog appears - OK. I press the OK button, it appears, and nothing happens. And so with all the files.
