I have an apprentice who has RPL so should have 125 hours taken off their apprenticeship. BUT PICS keeps giving audit warnings message as below.
Programme Aim Planned Hours (375) is less than the Apprenticeship Funding Rules Minimum OTJ Hours (439) for Apprenticeship Standard 644 starting 01/06/2026
Guided learning hours is 500, and reduction for RPL is -125, giving 375.
TNP all ok.
We've tried rebuilding the qualification to allow for RPL, but cannot work out what we have missed to remove the audit warning. Can anyone help us please?
