alternate views of a page

We have Confluence Data Center, with quite a few spaces and plenty of pages in each space. Some of our pages are long, and there are times I'd like to show a portion of one.

I guess I can do that with excerpt or by adding an anchor to the target page and linking to it.

But I'd swear I saw a feature that would create a focused view of a page?

Search isn't helping - am I imagining things, or does/did it exist?

Thanks

Jay

You can use the excerpt macro to define part of the page that you want to reuse on another page, and then use the excerpt include macro reuse it.

Thanks: I haven't tried that yet, but it may be my best bet.

It would be nice if we could define more than one excerpt per page, but this should be useful.

I sure thought there was something a bit different, though.
