@Ayat Hasan That question was to determine that the issue is just with the space and that your free instance was not deactivated due to inactivity.

Can you open the RE space? If so, can you locate the page you are interested in in the content tree?

The link you posted looks like it is based on a heading somewhere on the page. If someone has changed or removed the heading text, the direct link may just not resolve to a page/location on a page anymore.

And its address hasn't changed, I feel like my effort has gone

I checked the deleted files page but it never appeared. There are files from years ago and this problem never happened. Please help. @Laurie Sciutti

Hi @Ayat Hasan ~ some other things you can try:

• does it appear in the "Recently worked on" list?
• did you Favorite it?  If so, check your Favorites list
• have you tried searching for it?  try searching for content rather than page title in the event that the page has been renamed.  you may also be able to narrow your search by searching labels (if that page has/had labels)
