Hi,

we have the following setup:

confluence 3.3.1 <---> Crowd 2.4.2

we wanted to upgrade to the latest confluence 4.2

following the instruction on atlassian website, we first upgrade from confluence 3.3.1 to confluence 3.5.13

we were able to bring up conflucene 3.5.13 using crowd 2.4.2

Single signon works!

we are able to see the spaces and pages

but, we were neither able to login to confluence administration nor to space administration!

these options simply don't show up.

what happened here?

please help!

thank you very much

Regards,

Djung Tran

Hi Djung,

Here I found a documentation with steps for this update in case you are using Crowd:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Confluence+3.5+Upgrade+Notes#Confluence35UpgradeNotes-ForCustomersUsingCrowdforUserManagementandSSO

Could you check if you already done that?
