ad account Synchronize question

Dear all, 

We setup ad account synchronized our confluence account, but we found one situation : When some account is the same (but different domain ad), it can not synchronized successfully. (for example , domain A has Anderson Wang, domain B has also Anderson Wang account, it just only domain A can synchronize successful. Is there other way can solve the question?

Confluence will not use duplicate accounts - there is no way to know what to do with them.

It will synchronise and use the accounts being imported from directories in the order you have placed the directories in the list.  If you have duplicates the order of the listings matters because it will use the first one if finds.

If you need domain B to be used instead of A, all you can do is move it up the list so that B is found first.  There's no other logical approach to this.
