We are using a free version with 10 users, and still we got a message as "Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed". And we are not able to access the account.
How can we access to the same?

You will need to talk to one of the billing contacts and ask them to renew it (the person who asked for the system initially is probably the first one to identify, but they usually add more). They will be able to renew and hence reactivate it.
