Your free plan has been changed to a premium plan.
I'm trying to delete two sites, but I can't delete them.
Please delete them for me.
An error occurs when I click the Manage button.

Welcome to the community !!

I suppose your initial subscription was a free trial of the Premium plan, when the trial expired you would've been automatically changed to the paid version of the Premium plan.

This documentation provides the details on how to downgrade a subscription.

Please Note that there are some of the functionality that you will no longer be able to use if you downgrade from the paid Premium plan to the Free plan

Atlassian community is not able to do anything with your sites.

Please raise request in Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com).
