Any ideas why our installation says

Your commercial Confluence support and updates are available until Nov 17, 2017.

when we check online it says

SEN-XXXXXXX Confluence (Server) 10 Users: Starter License Infin8IT 17 Nov 2018

That suggests you have renewed your licence, but not applied the new key to Confluence. Your account knows about the new licence, but you have not told Confluence you have it.
