Hello @Savvywallethub

Have you been using a Free subscription?

If so when was the last time anybody accessed the data?

Atlassian has a policy of deactivating and deleting Free subscription if those subscriptions remain inactive for an extended period of time. In my experience that time period has been 45 days.

Two weeks before deactivation Atlassian sends an email to the Organization Admins warning that the subscription will be deactivated if activity doesn't commence.

They send another message on the deactivation. After a period of time the data will be permanently deleted. That time period may be as short as 15 days.

Since this is a user community we don't have access to your subscription information so we cannot directly help you recover the data. You will have to work with Atlassian for that

Hello @Savvywallethub

@Trudy Claspill  are right, and if support cannot help here, then this is also beyond what we in the Community can do.

One possible reason could be that your workspaces were deleted after a long period of inactivity.

Sorry that we cannot give you a better answer in this case.
