I've logged into my confluence space and found all my work spaces have vanished.
I was using a free subscription. I've tried the support section but can't seem to get to a human. There was a host of documents housed there. Any idea how I can find out what has happened to the account? I've had no emails, that I can see to warn me the account is being wiped or my access removed... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This usually happens when the free Confluence site is deactivated due to inactivity or the Atlassian organization/site was deleted. Try logging in at admin.atlassian.com to see if the site still exists or if you’re logged into the wrong Atlassian account/email. If it’s gone, only Atlassian support can confirm whether the data is recoverable.
Hi, @Paul Haynes
Please, check, if spaces still exist. Go to
https://your_domain.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/space-manager
If you'll see spaces there, then try to restore access to them, by adding permissions to your account.
If no - than, I'm affraid, only support can help in this situation.
Best regards,
Evgenii

Thanks @Mark Johnson I was in the account beginning of December, but does seem it could be related to it being a free account. I’ve had it 2.5yrs with no bother.
@Evgenii I get the same message when trying to access the link
“Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.”
I just can’t seem to find how to get to a human in support. I keep trying, thank you!
