Currently the MCP server (https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/getting-started-with-the-atlassian-remote-mcp-server/) is only able to get permissions to a single site.
Additionally in Claude Desktop it's only possible to add one instance of this MCP server. (at least without tricking our way around this...) So we are restricted to use it only on one site.
Can you please enhance this and enable selecting multiple site for the the MCP server permissions?
<rant>So since the world of AI moves at lightning speed, are we seeing the usual pattern from Atlassian only adding new features from customers every 10+ years</rant>
Wholeheartedly agree @Marko Ritter not entirely sure why this wouldn't have been part of the initial offering (seems like a no brainer). Great suggestion!
How did you go with logging it with support ?

I think I pushed it to support with the dedicated form on the MCP help page. Don't remember getting any reply though.

@Marko Ritter Welcome to the Atlassian community
Since the product is currently in Beta I would suggest reaching out to support to log this feature enhancement. Atlassian has asked that all cloud feature enhancements be logged through support.
