Wiki page displays content based on referring wiki page

I am creating a decision tree for our frontline support. We have different clients we support that have the same procedures, but with different variables, such as WiFi passwords, SSIDs etc.

Can I create content on a Wiki page with some reference to the page that the user navigated FROM (instead of creating unique pages for each client)?

ie:

Main Page > Client A > How to connect to WiFi - shows instructions with password/variables for client A

Main Page > Client B > How to connect to WiFi - shows instructions with password/variables for client B

etc
