Hi,

A little unclear what's happening exactly, could you share more detail? A couple of things this could mean, and quick checks for each:

1. If the verification email isn't arriving at all, check your spam/junk folder first, and make sure you're checking the same inbox you used to sign up.

2. If you mean you can't paste the verification code into the field, try typing it manually instead, some browsers/extensions block pasting into certain fields.

3. If the email arrived but the link itself doesn't work, try opening it in a different browser or an incognito window.
