Why is Confluence form not showing inbuilt fields like summary and description?

We have Jira project called DEFECTS which has inbuilt fields and custom fields.

When im creating a form on confluence, i am not able to pull fields like : summary, description, labels. But i am able to pull custom fields and some inbuilt fields like : assignee and attachment.

Why is Confluence form not showing inbuilt fields like summary and description? How can it be fixed?

Which gadget are you using? I just verified with the Jira Issues gadget and I can see all fields. Maybe share a screenshot so we can see what you are doing?
