When viewing the Comment View (right sidebar) for a Confluence page, it is (seemingly) reloading at random times. The content of the page does not reload, but the Comment View clears, the loading image appears, and it renders again.
This makes reading comments extremely difficult and frustrating. If I am in the process of adding a comment and it reloads, I have to start over.
Using the popup comments (clicking the comments balloon in say, a database table view) works fine.
Restarting both the browser and the computer does not help, as this has happened over multiple sessions across weeks on multiple Confluence pages.
Hi @sheriegel
Can you share with us a screenshot of what you see? That gives us a better idea of the problem.
This could be browser-related. Have you tried several browsers? try Edge, chrome and firefox. Do you still see the same issue?
Try incognito on each browser, too. Check if you have any extensions installed that might impact the pages.

Hi @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ thank you for your questions.
I normally use Chrome, which has several extensions. I just tried both Edge and incognito mode in Chrome and have the same issue in both as well.
I will try to provide screenshots.
