Why doesn't the HTML Include macro work?

Tried following instructions to include an iFrame using the Include HTML macro but I keep getting an exception.

Hello Z Zaki, assuming you are using the HTML for Cloud Macro, can you check to see if you have added the "Html Macro" user to the "access-confluence", or "Administrators" group, as per the documentation below.
