Why does the attachmend macro not work?

I'm trying to upload files into the attachment macro on a new page. I can choose the file, and click on upload from the explorer. The page loads, then refreshes and the file won't appear in the file list.

Any ideas?

Hi,

some ideas... but at first: Are you using Cloud or Server Confluence?

Do you have the space permissions to add attachments?

Hi JP,

We're using the cloud version. I do have the permissions to add attachments. I actually found a work around (looks like a bug to me).

The file wouldn't show up when dragging it into the file list, but when I opened the page settings and opened attachments, it was there. I then removed the file again and added it again and it suddenly worked. 

Has happened a few times now. Refreshing the file list didn't help, it still didn't show the file in the list.

I'll see if the problem comes up again the next time.
