Why does my draw.io not work properly?

My draw.io file on confluence turned into 2 display

How I turn it back into my draw.io file?

Hi,

I will give my best to help here just some additional details are needed.

* Are you using draw.io for Confluence Cloud, please?

* Is draw.io installed properly? Could you send me a screenshot of Settings > Manage apps > draw.io window?

* Could you send me "View storage format" and Attachments list, please?

All can be found on the Confluence page where a diagram was created (when three dots are clicked on top right).

You can also send us all the details to support@draw.io if that suits you better.
