Does this behaviour happens when you try different browser versions?
In case you try different swf files in different browsers versions then raise a support ticket to the Cloud Support queue so a Cloud Engineer will be able to evaluate this situation.
If this problem does not happens in a different browser or with different files then let us know in here so we can check if this is some kind of BUG or not.
