Why confluence and jira account session is expiring quickly?

Recently facing issue of logging out of account, even after 15-30 mins of inactive session. It not happened previously, and most of my colleagues are also facing same issue. Tried clearing cache and cookies in the browser, Not sure what is exact reason?
