Why can't our members view Powerpointslides and videos. They're prompted w request access to files?

Our employees with basic confluence settings cannot view the powerpoint slides and videos embedded on the slides, while I am able to as an admin to Confluence.  

The slides are saved on the shared drive to which the company has access.  The videos embedded on the slide also have the same settings. 

This particular slides and videos are the ones with issues.  While the rest of the slides do not.
