Why can't my confluence team members see my Trello Board macro?

I've used the Trello board macro and it looks great on my team site, but I'm the only one who can see it. My team site is viewable by my whole confluence team, but they can't see the Trello board.

To confirm, you've given the users permission to the Trello board itself, but they're not able to see it on the macro? Can you confirm they're currently logged into Trello using the same email address?
