Why can't I filter a task report in a meeting note?

I am trying to add an overview about the open tasks in a confluence space to the meeting notes template.

Unfortunately I can't put in the space in the filter.

To be a bit more accurate: Apparently the task report space selection is not working for me in the new editing experience

sorry for the very rough description. Here are some more details:
In my overview page I am using the default task report. This works just fine and I am able to filter on spaces:

In a meeting notes page on the other hand I try to add a task report but if I put in the name it doesn't recognize (neither search) for the spaces.

I included some screenshots (sorry for the German version - if needed I can try to switch my environment to english).

I just realized that it's apparently not working in the new editing experience for me.
