Why aren't my tables sortable on Confluence Cloud?

Unable to sort any table across either of my worksites on Confluence Cloud. Is this expected?

Yes, header row is enabled.

No, arrows to not appear if I hover the cursor.

For 1-2 weeks I have the exact same issue:

- new page

- new table

- header row

- no checkboxes

- no merged cell

The table columns are not sortable anymore.

Is something happening on Atlassian or it's just a bug?
