Why are macros (database, Atlas) blurry when embedded?

Can you help me understand why embedded views are just slightly blurry? Is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere?

I want to embed a database and some Atlas content into a Confluence page, but the views are not quite sharp. The container headers are fine, but the content is just blurry enough for me to think I need to get my eyesight checked!

Here's an example (although it's difficult to really see from the screenshot):

I'm not seeing a blurriness.  I do wear glasses tho.
