Why Issue Form macro don't allow to create User Story in Jira fro certain users?

Hello to everyone,

We have a Confluence page in which we introduced "Issue Form Macro" that allow us to create User Story in the JIRA space that we have.

The problem is linked to the fact that for some users is possible to create User Stories using the button instead of for other users is not possible because when they go to click "Save" in the macro, the system reports a problem about the absence of mandatory fiedl "Reporter".

We didn't introduce this field in the macro because is not present in the possible field that we can choose. The strange thing is that only for certain users give this error: is an authentication problem? Is a permission problem?

Do you have any suggestions?

I would check that the users who are experiencing the issues have the "create issue" permissions in the project where the tickets are being created.
