Who do i contact to turn on HTML macro

  I would like to publish a data visualizer canvas on the Logistics confluence site and I ran across the “HTML Macro” that is available on confluence.  It looks like that this might be a viable solution to embed the DV canvases.  However, it is disabled by default and needs to be turned on from the system administrator.  Is this something that you could help out with?

You have answered your own question - your system admins will need to do it. 

We can't help you here - we are end users of the Atlassian software, not your administrators.   We have less access than you do!

Note that if you're on Cloud though, you don't have System Admins - the role is performed by Atlassian, and that macro is not available on Cloud, so they won't be able to enable it.
