Who change user details?

Some users have issue with user details change. First or Last names change but users are sure they don't do this)  In audit log I see: changes was made by System user. How can i realize who realy made this changes?

Users are able to change their details via id.atlassian.com. They might have updated it there and then you're seeing the changes on Cloud.

To be sure, I would recommend that you reach out to the Cloud Support Team. They can take a look at your instance and make sure the users can't change anything that they shouldn't be. In addition, the Cloud Support Team has access to your logs and can better answer any questions you might have about this.
