Whiteboard / Text not visible

Hi All,

We're having an issue on Confluence whiteboards.

Important to state is that the issue is reproducable, yet harsh to find a root cause.

Some users experience is more often than others, I've tested it within 3 browsers (normal + incognito) and on/off our VPN - all with variable results.

It seems like for some reason text is not correctly rendering. 

When adding text to a whiteboard (board itself, or postit,...) and confirming - the text is not showing to the users. Yet it is actually present, when selecting the text(box) it does show the text.

Our text is brought to the front and is in color black, so this should be fine.

Could you check the following: 

Is there a shape that overlaps a section i.e. some part of the shape falls outside a section.

In that case, a text box I've wanted to appear in front, 'disappears'. It 'reappears' in front of the shape if I resize the shape to fit within a section.

Thanks for the idea to check, unfortunately this is not the case.

We're having this issue on multiple different whiteboards, in multiple spaces.

To make the screenshots I even created a blank one (to make sure no other things could interfere).

At first we thought it might be an issue with our VPN blocking certain things, yet then I would assume it never works on our VPN - so I rule that out currently.

Then is seems to relate to your instance.

I can't reproduce this on my end.

I suggest you to rasie an issue wth Atlassian Support
