I am running PC W7 and Firefox. For about two weeks now, I cannot access my Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira...). Anytime I log in I will get a white page. I did try once to completely uninstall and reinstall Firefox and it could repair the issue. But then, after a while I get this White page again, with nothing although the URL is correct!
Any help would be really appreciated.
I am the only one having problem and this is only when I access this via my computer. If I use another computer, I have no issue. This seems to be centric to my configuration. My colleagues have no problem neither.

@Sebastien Gailletonthen in this case I am 100% positive it is a computer issue not your Atlassian account. Did you try to clear the cookies and temporary files?

Yes, I tried all I could and this doesn't help. Eventually it will go back to login step, but once the credentials gets validated = white page...

@Sebastien GailletonHave your IT people check if there everything is configured the right way and if you didn't check by mistake a security box.

Can you try with Chrome? What Firefox version are you using? The newest one (63?) gave us a lot of errors, so we switched back to 62.

Hi JP, do you have a link where to find the 62? There seems to be a conflict between my Bitdefender and Firefox. Have to turn off the Web Security Protection to get it Firefox to work properly.
Thx.
Sebastien
