Which is the correct Confluence API path to use?
The documentation for the REST API for Confluence (https://docs.atlassian.com/ConfluenceServer/rest/6.10.1/) appears to specify two different paths for most of the documented end point.
Am I understanding this correctly? Should the paths include 'api' or not?
